General terms and conditions for reservation and cancellation.

The contrat between the hotel management and the client requires the hotel to provide accomodation for the client and for the client to make normal use of the accomodation.

To make a reservation at the hotel you can contact the hotel by e-mail, by fax, by telephone or by mail. See the hotel's web site for details.

The hotel management may require an initial payment in of form "arrhes". All reservations shall be confirmed with "arrhes" paid by check, bank card or bank transfer with payment to "Hotel La Lubiane"

The "Arrhes"
For reservations the amount payable as "arrhes" is the price of the service (rooms, meals) for one night in the low season, and for 3 nights in the mid and high season.(the amount also depends on the length of stay, minimum one night)
For stays of more than 7 days, we will ask you at the hotel to pay for each week completed.
For groups of people, we ask for a complete payment to made three weeks before arrival
Cancellations may be made up to 15 days before the arrival date
Late cancellations. When cancellations are made within 15 days of arrival, the "arrhes" are kept by the hotel as an indemnity. In case of premature checkout, the price of the complete reservation is due if we are not able to rent the reserved rooms.

Last minute reservations are guaranteed up to 17hrs. In general clients should arrive before 18 hrs French time.
Since the hotel does not have a night service, please contact the hotel reception by telephone to confirm your reservation.

CONSUMER MEDIATION

After contacting the manager's complaints service and in the absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer can contact the tourism and travel Mediator free of charge : Mediation Tourisme Voyage . The contact details are listed below :

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code (FR), the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal for the purchase of a hotel accommodation service.

Arrival and Departure times

Arrival : rooms are available from 14 hrs.
Departure : rooms should be vacated before 11 hrs.
Breakfast : 8 hrs to 11 hrs30
Reception : 8 hrs to 21.hrs 30
Please check with reception if you have special needs..
The car park in the hotel forecourt provides 6 places. Parking is free, but not guarded. There is storage space for bicycles.
Dogs accepted, Euro 3.50 per day.

LATE PAYMENT - PENALTIES - PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS

In accordance with article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code (FR), compensation of €40 is due in the absence of payment the day after the payment date appearing on the invoice, as well as late payment panalties at the rate of 10% per year.
